Amazing!!!!
VW of Auburn is a great place. We didn't feel any pressure to do business. Though we were pre approved their sales staff could help you get better rates. Our sales representative, Josh Harris, really strived to serve all of our needs in a very short time. We appreciated the low key approach to get us in a certified used VW Touareg. I would definitely do business with him and his associates again. We ended up getting a great deal with a hassle/haggle free experience and were as always able to "drive in and leave happy."
Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!
I just purchased my first VW (Denim Blue 60's Convertible Beetle) yesterday! I love my new Bug!! This was the best car buying experience ever!! From begining to the end, everyone was nice and friendly!! Buying a car can be pretty stressfull, but not at Auburn VW!! I was there for several hours, but thats only because they were so detailed orientated and wanted to ensure I understood everything and was a little familuar with all the amazing features my car has! Not once did I feel like anything was rushed. You all made me feel like I was the only customer.
I feel like I have homework!! LOL Gotta read up on how everything functions!!
A special thank you to Kamy Roohi!! You were so easy to talk with and I loved that we laughed and got a little silly!!
And last but not least, Loren Williams was amazing at explaining all the different features and functions and how to use them!! Loren, I could have talked to you for hours!!

My service experience
I probably piked the toughest time to come in and that was during lunch to get a trouble light looked at on my new Passat. I could see they looked 'busy' and maybe a little short staffed I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to get to me but once they did the problem was resolved within about 20 minutes and I was on my way. Pretty darn good in my opinion.
Great Buying Experience
After buying a Rabbit here 2 years ago I just had to come back for my GTI. Matt, Clayton, Jon and Lauren made the day professional, exciting, and fun. Clayton's patience with a ton of gearhead questions and a genuine effort to make sure I got the car I wanted while navigating through all the choices was amazing. I drove out of there yesterday a happy guy. Thanks again Auburn VW!

Jack was very helpful to me, this is my first car purchase and I'm very happy with it. The service techs are also very helpful in explaining everything! I'll be back again!
I am very happy with the new Tiguan I purchased at Auburn VW. They treated me with respect throughout the process and most importanty didn't waste my time. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and needed to pay and they ended up right there. There were a couple of things that needed doing to the vehicle but it all got figured out and overall a very positive experience.
I shopped a number of other Volkswagen dealerships around Seattle and Bellevue I saw a good price on a new Passat at Auburn Volkswagen. Dan and his team there delivered on everything they said they would it was easy the numbers were right where they promised they'd be and everything went very smoothly it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them.
